PAW PAW NEW GUINEA

Three adjectives come to mind when we think of our Papua New Guinea coffee. Rich, smooth and full-bodied. A chocolate, nutty flavor with a slightly fruity finish. With an extreme full-body, many say this coffee reminds them of a good Sumatra when roasted on the darker side. The original seedlings were from Jamaican Blue Mountain planted in 1927. [14oz]

For those who enjoy their coffee as black as coal! A blend of Columbian Supremo and Mexican Chiapas Altura roasted to perfection for a fine extra dark Italian roast. Fair Trade & Organic [12oz or 1.75oz]

MAID FRENCH DAILY

One of our darkest roasted coffee displaying an intense bold smoky flavor. The beans are roasted to a radiant dark glossy shine. It is indeed a strong cup, however it is not bitter nor does it have a burnt taste. Very low acidity with a heavy mouth-feel. Extra Dark Roast.

Yirgacheffe Luminous Light A profound aromatic cup, well balanced with floral and citrus notes. Ethiopian Yirgacheffe comes from the Sidamo region in Eastern Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee.
